A Bit About Me

Chef Edgar was raised in Santa Barbara, and as a young kid he was always showed interest in science and art. Years to come after working Food and Beverage for over 10 years, he realized cooking was science and art in one the same.

He currently works as a private chef in Malibu, his former experience as a chef was first developed when he first started working under Chef Bellec and Chef Wolfgang puck. He worked Michellen star CUT Beverly Hills under the leadership of Chef Hillary Henderson, currently Executive Chef at Citrin. 

​

His style of cuisine is rustic cuisine with a touch of artistic flare. “Food is simple, flavor is simple, but when experimented and paired, it becomes more than just food, its an explosion of the senses, it’s the creation of history of experiences”
